The author came from very humble beginnings and endured many hardships yet, persevered through it all!
Her book explains exactly what you need to do to get a real estate investment business off the ground. She reveals in 80 pgs or less what other authors struggle to tell readers in 300 pgs and her book is at a much lower price! Other authors write as if there is some page quota they must fill for their publishers!
I've spent over $800 on real estate courses promising to reveal "secrets" to real estate wealth. Most of what I've read in those courses are in this book! With Sandra's book you're not forced to search for valuable info through tons of pages. She explains how to get started investing whether you have good or bad credit. Other books are geared towards those with perfect fico scores!
If you want to invest in real estate, this is the first book you MUST read! It may not be a huge course book but the information is just as pertinent and it is a great confidence and self-esteem booster, too. I can't write enough great things about this book!!
